He started his career working in various International US & UK BPO/KPO processes and has been associated with VALAD since 2015. With consistent performance and excellence in his role, he has grown from Sales Executive to AGM Business development in a short period of time. Throughout his career, Sachin has earned the trust of several national and international companies and maintained strong client relationships that generate repeated business opportunities. He is responible for Hiring, Training and Building the right Sales team, Client handling and Relationship developement, Sales Targets, Revenue sheets and Coordinating with Operations and Management teams. He has succesfully arranged and conducted International trips to Germany, Netherlands & Singapore representing his company and increasing client portfolio in these countries. During weekends he spends most of his time with Family, Friends or Playing Cricket.

When he’s not working, which is rare, he enjoys running, trail walking & photography. He’s also a part-time cricketer and is interested in exploring the world one weekend at a time.
