Sachin Bagul is a Bachelor of Science IT Graudte who is an optimistic and enthusiastic sales professional with over 13 years of combined experience working in the sales industry. He started his career working in various International US & UK BPO/KPO processes and has been associated with VALAD since 2015. With consistent performance and excellence in his role, he has grown from Sales Executive to AGM Business development in a short period of time. Throughout his career, Sachin has earned the trust of several national and international companies and maintained strong client relationships that generate repeated business opportunities. He is responible for Hiring, Training and Building the right Sales team, Client handling and Relationship developement, Sales Targets, Revenue sheets and Coordinating with Operations and Management teams. He has succesfully arranged and conducted International trips to Germany, Netherlands & Singapore representing his company and increasing client portfolio in these countries. During weekends he spends most of his time with Family, Friends or Playing Cricket.

With Valad for over 9 years and a total of over 15 years in the IT, ITES, BPO/KPO industries, Jay has been leading in project management, customer relationship management, operations, business analytics, delivery, quality compliances and training domains.
His international experience in diverse organizations like Arctern, Volt Information Sciences, Global Telecommunications & Kemco International makes him a natural fit for his role at Valad. When he’s not working, which is rare, he enjoys running, trail walking & photography. He’s also a part-time cricketer and is interested in exploring the world one weekend at a time.

Susan Pereira has done her BA in Sociology. She comes with a vast experience of around 29 years out of which 11 years is with VALAD Infotech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Working with the Top level Management and handling recruitment is her forte. Syed is a professional with experience in building and implementation of PMS software & relational database management systems including but not limited to Maritime / Shipping Industries. Has worked on various projects in his budding career and now helps mostly in Transition, Requirement gathering, Team management and Client interactions for successful deliveries of projects. Skilled in Database Management, Data Analysis, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Python and Cloud Computing. Syed is always eager to learn new things and keep himself updated with current trends in Shipping and IT industry.
