- Have ROB in PMS in line with physical stock and the location, translating to real time visibility to office of the actual situation onboard which results in
- Avoid wrong/duplicate requisitions, especially of high value items.
- Avoid downtime of a vessel as well as comply with MARPOL, SOLAS and other regulations.
- Forecast and have near accurate yearly budget for the fleet.
How we do it for you?
We send a team of two Marine Engineers with PMS expertise to carry out the following:
Taking physical inventory of spares related to Ship machinery & equipment’s
Identify, label and tag all items along with isolation of unidentified and/or used items
Cross-checking and entering the actual ROB, running hours in your existing PMS Software / excel sheet(s) on board.
Share the variance report (PMS entry VS physical stock) with office to maintain and manage.
